Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Condition of Items: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging along with proof of purchase.
  2. Non-Returnable Items: Personalised items, sale goods, and clearance products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  3. Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  4. Refund Process: Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  5. Starting a Return: To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team at info@hadleybellecountry.co.uk with your order number and details of your request. Alternately you can submit a request for a return through your customer account.

To cancel an order please contact us as info@hadleybellecountry.co.uk within 48 hours of purchase.

Please note that we reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet the above criteria.
